The Digital Home
The project Digital Home was examining how a sample of the latest digital media, and entertainment technologies fit and was used in everyday life in a Danish family.
A family in Hellerup had installed an array of new digital technologies in their home for a month. During the month, a study of how the family lived with and used these digital technologies where conducted. In collaboration with Copenhagen Living Lab, we conducted a photo diary study where the family kept online photo diaries of their lives in the digital home.
The study gave a realistic and personal insight into the family’s world and a rich imagery of everyday situations with the family.
