About

We help companies and organisations to:

  1. Put a face on their target audience.
  2. Get vivid knowledge about users’ experiences and needs.
  3. Qualify the basis for decisions, evaluations and development of new solutions

We use the power of stories and pictures to convey insight about users’ experiences and needs because personal stories, pictures and video appeals to people differently than dry statistics and written reports.
Our studies does not take place in an office or in a laboratory, but where people live. We collect user experiences and stories through mobile media, camera, video, social media, interviews and observations.
Read more about our services and methods here.

We are leading in the field of user-centered innovation and regularly blogs about news, insights, and events within the business on the News page.

Collaborations

We work with many talented freelancers. For each project we put together a team of specialists in the fields of anthropology, film, user-centered design and IT.

Story Field share office and collaborate with Digital StoryLab, which is the first Danish initiative to collect, distribute and expand knowledge about the digital storytelling projects.
